Breakthrough Recovery Online — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Burns Kingdom Group, LLC and Relentless Worship Center ("we," "us," "our") collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Breakthrough Recovery Online (the "Program").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Your email address (used to create your account and send access instructions)
• Journal entries, reflection responses, and action-step progress you enter inside the Program

Information collected automatically:

• Login activity and program progress (week/day completed) needed to save your place in the 21-week journey
• Basic technical data such as browser or device type, for troubleshooting

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and grant access to the Program
• To send you access instructions and program-related communication
• To save your journal entries and progress so they are available across your devices
• To improve the Program and respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your journal entries for advertising or marketing.

3. Sensitive Nature of Journal Content

We recognize that journal entries may contain deeply personal information related to addiction, mental health, faith struggles, and family relationships. This content is treated as strictly confidential. Our staff does not routinely read individual journal entries.

4. Who We Share Information With

• Google Firebase (account hosting and data storage) — stores your account and journal data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms
• Law enforcement or courts, only when required by valid legal process
• A trusted person, only if we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and journal data for as long as your account is active, unless you request earlier deletion under Section 7.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access-controlled databases, and authenticated logins) to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

• Access: you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and journal entries by emailing breakthrough@relentlessworship.org.
• Portability: you may request an export of your journal entries.

8. Children's Privacy

Breakthrough Recovery Online is intended for adults age 18 and older. The Program is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will delete that account and information promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
